About Me
Hi, I’m Wayne, the beekeeper behind Bodmer’s Bees. By day, I work as an IT network administrator, but my real passion is working with bees and sharing the incredible benefits they bring to the environment.
I started beekeeping as a small backyard project and quickly fell in love with the process. From raising queens and capturing swarms to carefully managing hives through each season, beekeeping has become more than just a hobby—it’s a way to connect with nature and give back to my community.
When I’m not working with bees, I’m often welding sculptures for my metal art business, Scarlett Metals, or just enjoying the outdoors. Whether it’s in the bee yard or the workshop, I’m happiest when I’m building something that lasts and has a positive impact.
